    The Opportunity

    The Senior Director of Quantitative Data Analytics
     reports directly to the office of the CEO. This is a key strategic role responsible for leveraging data to drive business insights that will drive the growth and transformation of our business. This role is a data expert, responsible for mining data from multiple applications and systems, identifying patterns, and developing predictive analytics that support decision-making processes and ultimately the success and growth of our business. This role requires a keen awareness of the inter-relationships between operational data and financial implications, as well as a thorough understanding of financial ratios and metrics. Previous experience in investment banking is a plus.

    Work Mode: 5 days a week in office working directly with the CEO.

    What You’ll Do

    • Extract data from core systems and databases to uncover valuable insights and trends across multiple applications. Develop an in depth understanding of our various business applications and become adept at extracting and combining the data in meaningful ways.
    • Develop models and algorithms to predict future outcomes and optimize business performance, utilizing triangulation methods to validate findings.
    • Identify recurring patterns and anomalies within data sets to inform strategic decision-making.
    • Work collaborative with internal partners in finance, sales, and operations to understand their data needs and provide analytical support and advice.
    • Prepare and present reports and dashboards to executive management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
    • Bring a growth mindset and continuous improvement to the organization by staying ahead of industry trends and best practices in data analysis and predictive modeling.
    • Work closely with leaders across multiples departments and disciplines to gain an intimate understanding of the way we work and how that translates to our data.
    • Be a champion of data integrity and provide feedback and guidance how to get the most timely and accurate data inputs; identify gaps in data inputs and establish ways of gathering data needed to drive better insights.
    • Help establish portfolio strategy of repositioning, acquisition, disposition to maximize financial performance and long-term sustainability.

The successful candidate will play a hands-on role in applied quantitative analysis in support of our institutional investors driving future expansion and growth.

    The IIS Team is responsible for creating all investment content to service clients and attract new clients in North America.     • A minimum of 3 years of experience, with a passion for quantitative investing developed through your current role at an institutional organization including asset management, consulting, pension, family office, insurance, or an endowment/foundation.

    •         Meet with applicant to discuss funding requirements and project development. Attend pre-construction conferences when possible. Attend city or council meetings, as necessary, to present pertinent information relevant to the success of the project to the community at large.
    •         Coordinate and communicate frequently with Department colleagues, especially Compliance and Enforcement and Regional Office team members, regarding the project status of mutual interests.
